Never take on more than you know you can handle and ALWAYS ask for help even if you don’t think you need it. Exchange numbers with the person who always sits next to you or at least near you in case you were unable to make it to class or you need help on an assignment. Don’t forget to set aside some time that is just for you, no homework, no studying, no work, just you.

Fabric Selection Tips: You will need two types of fabric: fleece and a decorative fabric, preferably not stretch, to cover the fleece. Measure your laptop with a tape measure or bring your laptop with you when you go to buy your fabric to be sure that you’ll have enough.
